Wendy was born and raised in Singapore, a tropical country in Southeast Asia. Before moving to Seattle, Wendy was a financial planner for Manulife Financial, a Canadian company, for 5 years. Wendy achieved various awards consistently ranked in top 10% of the company managing close to 500 accounts. She maintained a 95% quality conservation rating over the 5 years with Manulife. During her 4th year, she earned the Associate Financial Consultant designation. She was also a frequent speaker for the company’s recruitment programs.

After moving to Seattle, Wendy became a realtor with John L. Scott, one of the largest Real Estate companies in the Northwest. Over the last 4 years, Wendy has earned awards such as the John L. Scott Emerald Award, was named the #1 realtor for downtown Seattle by Judy's Book based on her clients' positive feedback, and publishes Seattle's most visited condo blog, SeattleCondoReview.com.
